Exchange & Return Policy

We offer exchanges in sizes for all items. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at dhistudio9@gmail.com. However, you will have to notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Any later than that will not be entertained by us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Wrongly washed garments will not be entertained under any circumstances as we provide care instructions with every order we ship.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange only if it is a standard size order from the size chart shared. We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally.

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours may be close, may not 100% accurate.
