Exchanges / Returns

We offer size exchanges for eligible items.

If the ordered size does not fit, please return the product along with a note mentioning your required size. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Requests raised after 7 days will not be entertained.

Customers must bear return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrectly washed garments will not be accepted under any circumstances. Care instructions are provided with every order.

Exchanges or returns are not applicable on customized or made-to-order products. Products are eligible only if ordered in standard sizes as per the size chart. International orders are not eligible.

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. Colour variations may occur due to screen calibration.

Refund Policy

Please note that Dhi does not provide monetary refunds.

Refunds are applicable only if a product is received in a damaged or defective condition due to an error on our end. In such cases, a credit note will be issued within 10 working days.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
