At Dhi, we take great care in creating each piece. All our products are handcrafted with precision to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and are delivered exactly as described.

As many of our products are hand-dyed and handwoven by skilled artisans, slight irregularities or variations may occur. These variations are not defects but are a hallmark of handcrafted workmanship and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Please note that minor colour differences may occur due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and device calibrations. While we strive to represent product colours as accurately as possible, slight differences may be unavoidable.

Delivery Time

As our garments are made to order, dispatch typically takes up to 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including festive seasons, logistical challenges, or unforeseen events.

If you require your garment by a specific date, we recommend informing our team in advance at the time of placing your order.
